Situational Leadership Experience – Ken Blanchard
Leveraging all of the theory and design that has made Situational Leadership® II the world’s most taught leadership model for more than 30 years, The SLII Experience uses game-changing techniques that immerse learners in SLII quickly, deeply, and effectively. To be a leader others want to follow, managers need to set clear and attainable goals, provide the matching leadership style, track performance, and provide appropriate feedback. The goal of a Situational Leader is to help others develop competence, motivation, and confidence. SLII boosts the effectiveness, impact, and dedication of leaders and teaches them to behave in alignment with their good intentions and in alignment with what their people need. Participants during the workshop, focus on their key goals and strategic organizational goals. They practice with real situations. They are continually asked to reflect on real examples of the key learning points. Frequent stand-up meetings with learning partners allow them to share how they will use what they are learning with their own team and people they lead.
